• Influencers: Create a profile, showcase their brand and reach, and connect with brands for potential collaborations.

• Brands and Marketers: Discover and engage with influencers suited to their marketing objectives.

4. Account Registration and Security

You must register to access certain features of Influbiz, including creating a profile or listing a campaign. By registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information.

• Maintain the confidentiality of your account details.

5. User Conduct

To ensure a professional and safe environment, users agree not to:

• Post or share any unlawful, false, or misleading information.

• Use the platform to harass, bully, or harm others.

• Engage in unauthorized advertising or solicitation.

• Use automated means to access the platform (e.g., bots).

• Circumvent security features or engage in activities that compromise platform integrity.

6. Content Ownership and Licensing

• User Content: By uploading or sharing content (e.g., photos, bios, campaign descriptions) on Influbiz, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content on our platform.

• Platform Content: Influbiz and its licensors retain all rights to content and trademarks on the platform. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

7. Transactions and Payments

Influbiz provides a space for influencers and brands to connect but does not facilitate or guarantee transactions. Any payments, contracts, or engagements between users are solely the responsibility of the involved parties. Influbiz is not liable for any disputes arising from these transactions.

8. Termination and Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account or access to the platform at our discretion, including but not limited to cases where users:

• Violate these Terms.

• Engage in fraudulent or harmful activities. Influbiz may issue warnings or restrict access, but reserves the right to take action as necessary to protect the platform’s integrity.

9. Liability and Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law:

• Influbiz is provided “as-is,” without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose.
